There’s always a story.
Storytelling has been the foundation of my career, spanning decades and continents. From Hollywood soundstages to Southeast Asia’s creative hubs to the fast-paced world of B2B marketing, I’ve built a career shaped by diverse experiences, award-winning work, and a relentless curiosity for what’s next.

Hollywood Craft, Blockbuster Impact.
I began in Hollywood, honing my craft as a writer, director, and editor with my brother Scott. Our work on HBO’s First Look series gave audiences an inside look at blockbuster films. Our TV specials for The Perfect Storm, Any Given Sunday, and Contact, along with iconic TV shows like The X-Files and NYPD Blue, helped shape how audiences connected with entertainment. These experiences taught me to deliver high-impact creative under tight deadlines and (very) high expectations.
… Like Spielberg-level expectations.
Agency Life.
As Creative Director at Modus Operandi and Creative Asylum, I had the opportunity to lead campaigns for Disney Channel, Sony Pictures, EA Mobile, and Hilton. From television to digital and social platforms, we brought big ideas to life, crafting stories that didn’t just grab attention—they made an impact.
Entertainment marketing taught me firsthand how the right creative — combined with speed — can captivate audiences and drive engagement.
It was a lesson that stuck.

The Philippines Pipeline.
Then it was off to the Philippines, where I took a leap and built something from the ground up. I founded DMC Motion, a creative studio in Cebu, bringing together a powerhouse team to craft content for brands across the U.S., UK, Japan, Singapore, and beyond.
Our work made an impact from Ford to Paramount, PayPal to Nike. Leading creative teams across Los Angeles, Portland, Vietnam, and the Philippines taught me how to manage global collaborations seamlessly—balancing creativity, strategy, and execution across time zones.

Off to the Land of B2B.
Shifting into the B2B space, I stepped into the role of Creative Director and VP of Marketing at Tivian (formerly GuideSpark), a SaaS leader in employee experience solutions. It was a chance to blend creativity with strategy, crafting a unified visual identity and content approach that didn’t just look great—it drove real engagement.
I led multi-channel campaigns for Fortune 500 clients like Ford, Chevron, and Adobe, helping them communicate in ways that actually resonated. My time at Tivian sharpened my expertise in B2B branding, digital marketing, and content strategy, positioning the company as a major player in enterprise communications.

The Mackinac Island Novels.
When I’m not solving creative problems, I’m making up entirely new ones.
I co-authored the best-selling Mackinac Island Novels series—a love letter to storytelling, summer jobs, and the places that shape us.
Turns out, writing fiction and building brands aren’t all that different.

I live for this.
Tested across industries, continents, and high-stakes projects, I’ve led global teams, built brands, and delivered for some of the world’s biggest names.
Now, I bring that experience to small and mid-sized businesses—working with founders, entrepreneurs, and teams who are building something great and need an experienced creative director to help them get there without breaking the bank.
Whether shaping a brand’s identity, crafting stories that connect, or launching campaigns that move the needle, my approach is always the same: make it bold, make it human, and make it last.
That’s my story.
Now let’s tell yours.
